Order Cancellation and Modification
You have a 2-hour window from the time your order is placed to request any changes or cancellations. After this period, your order will automatically enter our processing system, and no further modifications can be made. If you request a cancellation after the 2-hour window, a processing fee of 25% of the total order value will be applied. Within the allowed time frame, the following changes can be made:
- Shipping Information: This includes updates to the shipping name, address, contact email, etc.
- Size & Color: Adjustments to the size or color of the items ordered.
- Product Types: You may switch between styles as long as they are priced the same, ensuring no change in the total order value.

RETURN POLICY
- Our return policy lasts for 14 days from the date of delivery. This means you have 14 days from the delivery date provided in the tracking information to submit a complaint. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once this period has expired
- If this time period has expired, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
- To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- We reserve the right to approve or deny return requests if valid reasons are not provided.
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts due to reasons not related to our mistakes will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- In all cases, photos of the defective items are required for review and investigation.
Valid Reasons for a Return
- Items that arrive damaged or with missing parts
- Printing issues, such as blurriness or color blending
- Incorrect items received, including different sizes, colors, or designs due to our error
- Items not delivered due to an incorrect shipping address
- Items lost during transit
Notice: Please allow for a 20% variation between the advertised images and the actual items in terms of color. This may be due to lighting during the photography process or differences in monitor displays.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CONCERNS
If the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse. We will not be liable in the following instances:
Returned to sender due to an invalid shipping address.
- Incomplete or invalid address will lead to this situation. Therefore, please double-check your information when you check out.
- To avoid this problem, we will verified your address before processing your order. Any issues with it may lead to delay in arrival time.
No access to delivery location
- An incomplete or invalid address can result in this situation. Therefore, we kindly ask you to double-check your information during checkout.
- A notice will be left, and the Post Office will schedule a re-delivery.
Item not received due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Incorrect shipping address
- Not being home to receive the package.
- Failing to pick up the package
- Marked as delivered but lost: The parcel shows as "delivered" in the tracking system but is unaccounted for.
- Items not cleared by your country's customs.
Delivery delay
Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or customs clearance processes. In such instances, we will post an announcement on our website.
REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Once you contact us and submit all necessary evidence as requested, we will review your request.You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or denial of your case within 2-3 business days.
- If your request is approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- Please note that we only refund the sale price of items, not the shipping cost.
- If you haven't received your refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If you still haven't received it after doing so, please reach out to us, and we will investigate the issue for you.
- For credit card transactions, the total order value includes a processing fee of (0.03 + 3.9% of the total order value). This fee will be deducted from your refund as it is paid to the bank and is non-refundable.
EXCHANGE (IF APPLICABLE)
- Items are only eligible for exchange if customers provide valid reasons as outlined in the "Return" section.
